Your right of withdrawal (EU buyers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

To cancel or withdraw from an order:

• Easiest: open the confirmation email we sent you and click "View your order" / "Manage order", then follow the steps to request a cancellation or return.
• If you have an account: log in to your account and select the order you want to cancel or return.
• Need help? Contact us here with your name and order number.

Once we receive your request, you'll get an automatic confirmation email.
